2. Is Chiropractic Safe?

Chiropractic is safe, gentle, and effective.  In fact, chiropractic is the fastest growing drug free healing profession in the world today, serving over two million people per day.  Chiropractors maintain the lowest malpractice insurance rates of any primary health professional in the world which is a tremendous credit to the safety record throughout the entire chiropractic profession.  Dr. Thatcher conducts a thorough examination to determine which Chiropractic techniques are the most appropriate as well as most effective.

7. Can chiropractic help ____________ condition?

Chiropractic is not the treatment of conditions; rather chiropractic improves the person with the "condition" by gently restoring normal position to the displaced vertebrae.  Full nerve flow from the brain and spinal cord will allow the body to better heal and regenerate.

6. Is it OK to see a chiropractor if I am pregnant?

Pregnant women frequently get positive results from chiropractic care.  Dr. Thatcher is trained in special techniques for adjusting pregnant women.  Because of the inability to take medication for pain, the natural approaches of chiropractic are the logical choice for pregnant women.  Obstetricians are increasingly referring to chiropractors due to the effectiveness of spinal adjustments for pain relief.

3. Do I need x-rays?

There is no way of knowing if you need an x-ray until you have been examined. Dr. Thatcher only orders x-ray studies when it is clinically indicated.

4. What chiropractic techniques does your office provide?
