Please Note:

• Other plans can be accepted on an individualized treatment plan fee schedule agreement for each patient and all chiropractic care will be pre-authorized by our staff.
• We also accept Tort Auto Insurance and Attorney Lien cases on an individual evaluation basis. We will do an evaluation on any auto injury patient and then determine if we will accept the case on a lien with no initial out-of-pocket per visit fee.
